Last week I was involved in a car crash that sadly totalled my car; a car I have driven for 8 years! Now, some of you may say "time for a new one anyway Lorri", and mostly, I agree with you! However, this was more difficult as this car was given to me by my mother just prior to her death. Needless to say, there is great emotional value attached to that vehicle! I thanked "Ruthie" every day for getting me from A to B! She was a good little car and I will miss her.
On to the main purpose of this post. Healing and hydration. If you don't already know, hydration is a key element to us just being alive!

Did you know that 75 to 90 percent of the population is chronically dehydrated? This leads to adverse health conditions! I don't want any more adverse health conditions than I already have so I am dedicated to drinking the right amount of water so that I am properly hydrated, to enable me to heal properly and hopefully quickly. And I am not just drinking any water, but the right water! Did you know that most tap and well water in the United States is NOT safe for drinking due to heavy industrial and environmental polution? Water is not clean, pure and refreshing just because it looks clear. There is a lot more to it. The water I drink goes through a 12 step purification process to remove all impurities after which it is remineralized with the exact right amount of organic trace minerals and electrylytes that our bodies need.
