Stressed?

Hello friends,

As someone who has witnessed cancer first hand, too many times, I would like to draw some attention to this disease in an effort for us all to do what we can to avoid cancer ... or, what my family and I call the C word.

Please read the attached article. It is interesting, and very valid. Stress affects us more than we sometimes realize.

Let's do what we can to avoid the dreaded C word ... at all costs. There is nothing worse than watching someone you love be defeated by this terrible disease.

Please don't misunderstand, I'm not trying to bring anyone down with this, I'm simply trying to help with awareness. I'm certainly no expert either, I'm simply someone who has been there, and watched too many people I love die from this terrible disease. If getting enough sleep, eating well and getting the proper nutrition and exercising regularly will help prevent this and other diseases, well, then I'm in!! Hope you are too!!
